Chianti Classico, a dry red wine produced in the Chianti region of central Tuscany historically associated with a squat bottle embedded in a straw basket, a fiasco used only by few winemakers. Traditionally, echt products produced from the ground up, with gentle and tender care to nature and tradition, organic wines are crafted. The constituents
Appellations Chianti and the Chianti Classico with Sangiovese as the main grape, has 70% red Sangiovese whilst having 10% white grapes. Whereas the Chianti Classico, aged for a minimum of 10 months, composes 80% red Sangiovese grapes, we buy Chianti Classico. Wine, admired for its traditional savoury taste of red risqué aromas, bright acidity, firm tannins, adds beauty to this magnificent vintage ageing regime, with its intense aroma reaching a notable finesse at the ageing stage.
